I'm glad you're here. Reaching out for support is a meaningful step, and I aim to offer a therapeutic space that is grounded, compassionate, and attuned to the depth and complexity of human experience.
“The most precious gift we can offer others is our presence."
- Thich Nhat Hanh

I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University, with a concentration in Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology. My training integrates Western clinical approaches with contemplative wisdom traditions, emphasizing presence, curiosity, and embodied awareness.I currently work within a group practice based in Colorado and provide remote psychotherapy to clients worldwide.I had the privilege of participating in a dynamic teacher training in Mindfulness Meditation with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, and I hold a Certificate in Synergistic Play Therapy through Lisa Dion, which deeply informs my work with children, families, and the inner child in adults. My clinical orientation is integrative, drawing primarily from:
- Humanistic psychotherapy
- Psychoanalytic and Jungian depth psychology
- Mindfulness-based and contemplative approaches
- Somatic and nervous-system-informed practicesI am particularly interested in the ways unconscious patterns, early attachment experiences, imagination, symbolism, ecological systems and the body intersect with present-moment awareness and meaning-making. I deeply value the inherent basic goodness within each human being and the intelligence and compassion that is always available.
"Nothing ever goes away until it has taught us what we need to know."
- Pema Chodron
Therapy with me is collaborative, relational, and paced with care. I view symptoms not as pathologies to eliminate, but as meaningful communications - expressions of the psyche and nervous system seeking understanding, integration, and relief.Depending on your needs, our work may include:- Mindfulness and awareness practices
- Exploring emotional patterns and relational dynamics
- Working with dreams, imagery, and symbolism (Jungian-informed)
- Somatic tracking and regulation
- Inner child and parts-oriented work
- Gentle inquiry into beliefs, identity, and life transitionsI strive to meet each client with warmth, respect, and curiosity, honoring your lived experience, cultural context, and innate capacity for healing.
"Symptoms are the psyche's way of asking for attention."
- James Hollis (Jungian analyst)

- Depression and low self-worth
- Life transitions and identity exploration
- Grief and loss
- Trauma and developmental wounds
- Relationship and attachment concerns
- Spiritual inquiry, integration, or disorientation

“Being able to feel safe with other people is probably the single most important aspect of mental health."
- Bessel van der Kolk
Sessions are offered online via secure video, allowing us to work together across geographic boundaries. I work with adults, children, and families, depending on fit and availability. My standard fee is $150 USD per session, with flexibility depending on your location and financial situation. I offer a limited sliding scale and am happy to discuss what feels sustainable.I value transparency and mutual clarity. In our initial consultation, we will explore what brings you to therapy, your hopes and concerns, and whether my approach feels supportive to you.
"The heart of Buddhist meditation is learning how to befriend ourselves."
- Jack Kornfield
Mindfulness in my work is not about striving for calm or fixing oneself. Rather, it is an invitation to gently turn toward experience with kindness and discernment. Influenced by Buddhist psychology, mindfulness serves as a foundation for developing emotional resilience, self-compassion, and insight into habitual patterns of suffering and freedom.Contemplative psychotherapy invites a slower, more attentive relationship to your inner experience. Rather than trying to fix or push things away, we explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns with curiosity and care as they unfold in the present moment. This process can deepen self-understanding, emotional resilience, and the capacity to respond to life with greater clarity and freedom. No prior meditation experience is required.
